Cleaning The Drain In My Shower
My favorite tool for cleaning the drain in my shower is boiling water. Heat a tea kettle of water to boiling. Then carefully pour it down the drain to remove any gunk build up. Follow up by running the hottest water possible down the drain for five minutes.
In addition to gunk, hair may be trapped under the surface of your drain. If you continue to have problems, pull the drain out and check the underside. Then use scissors to cut away anything hanging down.
